Important: By downloading, installing, or using Jazzma, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jazzma ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Jazzma mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Jazzma. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing a username and optional profile information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may delete your account at any time through the Profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Jazzma, including videos, photos, descriptions, and profile information ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content within the App.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict any User Content that violates these Terms or creates safety risks for the community. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at our discretion.
You may delete your User Content at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove the content from public view, though copies may remain in our backup systems for a reasonable period.

The App includes a virtual currency system ("Coins") that can be purchased or earned. Coins can be used to publish content and access certain features within the App.
All purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Coins have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We are not obligated to maintain the Coins system indefinitely and may modify or discontinue it at any time with reasonable notice.
The App, including its interface, design, graphics, and original content, is owned by Jazzma and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Jazzma and related logos are trademarks of Jazzma. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jazzma and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in the United States.
If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at support@jazzma.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement of intellectual property rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jazzma regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
